Last night, Ed Sheeran took it to Twitter to reveal some key details about his role in “Game of Thrones.”

The singer will appear in the seventh season of HBO series, but there is no information about the nature of his character. It looks like he will replace Maisie Williams, who played Arya Stark in the sixth season.

New stills from the upcoming season of “Game of Thrones” have gone viral on the internet. We feel that Sheeran is playing the leading character, but nothing is confirmed. Ed Sheeran said in a recent interview that he frequently gives away his outfits and footwear to charity shops around the city.

‘Game of Thrones’

“Game of Thrones” is one of the most famous American television shows. It has been developed by D. B. Weiss, based on a series of novels by David Benioff. The previous seasons were shot in Canada, England, Malta, Morocco, New York City, Spain, while the new season is filmed at Titanic Studios in Belfast.

In April 2011, the first season was premiered on HBO, followed by another season in March 2012. The sixth season ended in June 2016, while the seventh season is scheduled to premiere on July 16, 2017.

An HBO spokesman confirmed yesterday that the series would conclude with the eighth season in 2018. Over the years, “Game of Thrones” attracted record viewership on the network, and has a huge fan following on social media.

The costume designers are Tormund Giantsbane, and Jon Snow, while Paul Engelen is on board as a makeup artist.

For the series, HBO has recruited BlueBolt and Screen Scene to develop excellent visual effects. The music is being composed by Ramin Djawadi, who wrote the soundtrack of the first season. Born in 1991, Sheeran is a record producer, actor, singer, and guitarist. In 2013, he rose to prominence after the success of his first studio album, Red.
