How Lovato and 'Bomba' became a couple

24-year-old Lovato and 31-year-old Vasconcelos were first assumed to be a couple in the middle of last year as they both used to train at West Hollywood’s Unbreakable Performance Center. However, an insider said that it was nothing serious. They rekindled their romance a few months after that but it was not officially made public until they celebrated the new year together in January.

In the middle of January, the 'confident singer cheered Vasconcelos at the Bellator 170

Just a month ago in April, Lovato who made it to the list of Time's 100 Most Influential People of 2017 appeared at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and talked about her MMA fighter boyfriend "Bomba" Vasconcelos.

She admitted that she gets anxious when she is sitting in the stands and watching him play, however she does not feel terrible for the other fighter as "It's a sport," she told Ellen. While talking on the show about Vasconcelos she said, “Isn’t he cute? He’s so cute! I’m very happy. Life is really good.”

Demi Lovato's previous relationships

Before hooking up with Vasconcelos, in June 2016 Demi had just broken up with her boyfriend of six years Wilmer Valderrama, who is an American actor, singer, producer and television personality.

The now 37-year-old actor who became popular through appearing in "That '70s Show" and the former Disney star met each other in the year 2010 and Lovato went on to say that she gives him the credit for being alive today as he was the reason why she became sober.

After spending six years together, both Lovato and Valderrama shared a note on their respective Instagram accounts to announce that they had broken up. The note read that the two had realized that they were better as friends than as a couple.
