The actor, Dave Bautista, says that we can expect new characters in the upcoming movie, “Avengers: Infinity War.”

After revisiting our favorite space outlaws in “Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2,” we are clamoring to see them again in the new film. Bautista has shared a new movie poster on the official Instagram, depicting all the main characters, including Robert Downey, Josh Brolin, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, and Mark Ruffalo.

The film also features Chris Hemsworth, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Sebastian Stan. Speaking to Yahoo yesterday, Dave Bautista said that “Avengers: Infinity War” has Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Pom Klementieff, Karen Gillan, Scarlett Johansson, and Vin Diesel in cameo appearances.

However, there’s no information about the nature of roles Benedict, Elizabeth, Sebastian, Chris, and Jeremy are playing.

“Avengers: Infinity War” is scheduled to be released on May 4, 2018. It is based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name, produced by Walt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios. It is a direct sequel to 2012 thriller film, “The Avengers,” and 2015 blockbuster movie, “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” The film is directed and co-produced by Joe Russo, with Christopher Markus writing its story and dialogues.

In November 2014, the movie was announced as a part of “The Avengers,” with Russo brothers serving as executive directors. Most of the scenes have been shot in Fayette County, Georgia, England, and Scotland, and an untitled sequel is scheduled for May 2019.

Following the event of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” the Avengers join the forces to fight against Thanos, who tries to amass the Infinity Stone for a gauntlet.

Earlier this month, Marvel announced that a sequel to “Avengers: Infinity War” is in the works, and will swing into theaters in summer 2019.

Filming is expected to last in June 2017. Alan Silvestri has been recruited to compose the movie score. Previously, he wrote scores for “The Avengers.”
