Hey, "Quantico" peeps. We recently got some new storyline spoiler scoops in from the kind ABC folks for the upcoming episode 17 of the current season 2. They let us in on about three or four storylines that sound pretty interesting and intense. It turns out that we're going to see a friend of Alex get framed for a domestic terror attack. As a result, we'll be seeing the task force, hit up Capitol Hill to put up a fight, and more!
It's "ODYOKE"
The press release also revealed that the producers are calling this one: "ODYOKE." I won't even begin to pretend that I know what that means.
Anyways, getting into the official synopsis, they went out of there way to explain in ,all-caps, that a coordinated terror attack will be going down, and is going to bring the task force to Capitol Hill to try to fight a Muslim registry bill.
No coincidence
Elaborating on that, they let us know that one of Alex's friends is going to find themselves in major trouble, because they will get framed for a domestic terror attack! As a result of this, the friend will try to seek out Alex to get help. Will Alex be able to provide the friend with the help they need? We think so, because they go on to tell us that a further investigation into this situation, will reveal that the attack was no coincidence at all.
Apparently, they find out that there's an upcoming vote that's due in the House for a Muslim registry bill.
Registry debacle
There will be some Collaborators on the scene that will try to spark a lot of fear in an effort to get this registry passed. In response to this, we'll be seeing the task force team, make their way to the Hill in an effort to turn the votes.
Will they be successful with this endeavor? Or will these Collaborators get their way? Unfortunately, they didn't let us know the outcome in their description, so it looks like we'll certainly have to wait for this one to air to see how this situation turns out.
A hunt for an assassin
Lastly, we've got this final teaser that involves more scenes, featuring Alex and Owen working together.
They tell us that they will be busy, at some point, hunting down a vicious assassin, so that sounds really intense and suspenseful. I can't wait to see those scenes. This episode was written by Jordon Nardino, and they got Steve Robin to direct it.
Ok, that's going to wrap this session up. However, as always, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the new promo/preview clip that should be releasing after episode 16 airs tonight. It's also been confirmed that episode 17 is due to show up next Monday night, April 10th, 2017 at 9pm central time on ABC. Stay tuned.
