"Days Of Our Lives" spoilers for the end of the week reveal that a lot of drama is going down in Salem. Perhaps the biggest shocker of the week came with Abigail Deveraux-DiMera told her husband, Chad DiMera that she could no longer be his wife.
Abigail stated that she could share Chad's heart with his ex-girlfriend, Gabi Hernandez and that she wanted a fresh start for herself and their son, Thomas. Of course, Chad was devastated, and even though Abigail insisted on leaving him, he has vowed to win her back. Now, Abby's mother, Jennifer Horton, will step in.
Jen will be terribly worried about her daughter, with good reason.
However, because Abigail's father, Jack Deveraux, isn't around to help shoulder the parental worries, Eric Brady will step in. "DOOL" fans know that Eric and Jen have been getting closer since she found out about his release from prison, and it is only a matter of time before the two are a full-fledged couple.
Abigail breaks Chad's heart all over again
Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Eric will reassure Jennifer that Abigail is strong enough to make a fresh start. Eric's words will help set Jennifer's mind at ease, but the drama won't stop there. "Days of Our Lives" viewers will see Chad prepare a romantic evening in hopes of changing Abigail's mind about ending their marriage.
However, Abby already has her mind made up, and she'll shoot down his attempt at winning her back, breaking Chad's heart all over again. Of course, Abigail won't be entirely alone as she starts her new way of life. She'll have her good friend Dario to lean on. However, this could prove to be a problem from Abby as Dario has admitted that he's in love with her, and it's obvious that he wants to be more than friends, especially now that Chad and Abigail are over.
Salem's couples are a mess right now
While "Days of Our Lives" fans could eventually see Abigail and Dario hook up, there may not be much hope for Chad and Gabi. Gabi is already beginning to cozy up to Julie's grandson, Eli, and many "DOOL" watcher think the two make a cute couple. Sadly, it looks like Abigail, Chad, Gabi, Dario, and Eli's love lives will be a huge mess as they try to figure out where their hearts lie in the tangled romantic web.
Many fans are still rooting for a Chad and Abigail reunion, but know that it will likely be a while before the couple finds their way back one another. Watch "Days of Our Lives" weekday afternoons on NBC to find out how it all plays out.
