Things have been pretty wild in “Bachelor Nation” lately, but there is one couple who is doing well and is ready to take a big step forward in their relationship. There are several couples from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” who are still together right now, but it sounds as if Carly Waddell and Evan Bass of “Bachelor in Paradise” may beat everybody else to the altar.

Evan and Carly's 'BIP' engagement has lasted

Carly Waddell and Evan Bass stunned many “Bachelor in Paradise” fans when they fell for one another and got engaged during Season 3 last summer.

That season also produced engagements between couples Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton as well as Lace Morris and Grant Kemp, but both of those relationships fell apart before the holidays. In fact, things have gotten quite ugly between Josh and Amanda in recent weeks.

However, Evan and Carly have remained together and there haven't really been any hints of drama surrounding them. The “Bachelor in Paradise” stars just opened up to “E News” about their status and it sounds as if wedding plans are officially coming together. Bass and Waddell said that they don't have a date yet, but one should be in place within the next couple of weeks.

When will Carly and Evan be getting married?

It may take a little bit yet to learn of an official date, but they said that it'll happen before the end of the year. Will their nuptials be televised? The “Bachelor in Paradise” couple says that it's possible, and one has to think that when they talk about nailing a date down in a couple of weeks and that the wedding will happen this year, those are signs that ABC is involved.

As Waddell revealed on Instagram, Carly was out in California with some “Bachelor Nation” friends a while back visiting vineyards for some wedding location scouting and she and Evan say that there will be quite a few franchise friends at the nuptials whether it's televised or not. She'll have buds Jade Roper Tolbert and Juelia Kinney as bridesmaids, while he'll have fellow Nashville buddy Wells Adams as a groomsman.

Additional invitees, regardless of ABC's influence, will include Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth, Whitney Bischoff, Luke Pell, and Vinny Ventiera.

Not only are Evan and Carly looking forward to getting married, they're already talking about having kids together. As “Bachelor in Paradise” fans know, Evan already has three sons and Carly has grown quite close to them. She has made it clear that she loves being a stepmom, but she is looking forward to having biological children with Bass as well. Waddell and her beau note that they are looking forward to having at least a couple of kids, probably sooner rather than later, and they might keep going from there if needed to make sure they end up with a little girl.

Will Evan Bass and Carly Waddell really end up getting married before the end of the year and will ABC televise this "Bachelor in Paradise" wedding? Fans cannot wait to see these two get hitched and are thrilled that they have managed to make their relationship last, unlike the other two pairs from Season 3 last summer.
