Corrine Olympios may not be done with the “Bachelor” franchise just yet. The 24-year-old business owner is quite possibly heading to Mexico for “Bachelor in Paradise” this summer.
Olympios, who was considered to be the villain during Nick Viall's season of the show, made quite an impression with fans and castmates alike, so it would be no surprise to see her participate.
E! News was the first to report the news, with several other outlets picking up the story.
The bad girl is back?
Olympios may be interested in appearing on the popular summer spinoff, but she has yet to confirm if it is a done deal.
She told the popular entertainment network that while she is “most likely” heading to Mexico, nothing is set in stone.
The possibility of Olympios appearing on "Bachelor in Paradise" initially came up during the "Women Tell All" special, when host Chris Harrison asked her if she would be interested in making an appearance. She seemed interested at the time, but remained coy on whether or not she would actually participate.
Fans of the show have also been lobbying for Olympios to do the show. They want to see how she will interact with the cast and if she would bring her much-talked about nanny Raquel with her to the island. (However, I think the most important question is whether or not Raquel would make everyone cheese pasta.)
However, there is a chance her personal life could get in the way.
The blonde nap enthusiast also told E! News that she is currently involved with someone, but it isn’t a serious romance. She said that at this time, she and her mystery man are taking things slow and seeing what happens.
No other casting announcements have been made, but rumor has it that Chad Johnson, the villain who appeared on JoJo Fletcher’s season of “The Bachelorette” and on season three of “Bachelor in Paradise” will be returning.
Neither ABC nor the show have commented on the rumors of either contestants' participation. The official cash announcement will be announced later on this year.
What has Corrine been up to?
Since finishing fourth on this past season of “The Bachelor,” Olympios has been quite busy on several new projects. In addition to working at the family business, she has launched her own fashion line of shirts and hats.
Each one has a famous “Corrine-ism” that she uttered during the show. Some of the one-liners refer to her love of naps, cheese pasta and of course, her "platinum vagine."
The fashions can be found on Riot Society’s website.
