Rumblings of who's going to be on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12 is starting to surface and it's been revealed that a new mother is returning -- Meghan King Edmonds! Fans of Meghan may be thrilled to learn that she won't be leaving the show after all and will be part of the season 12 cast.

Unexpected decision by 'RHOC' producers

The Dirty reports that it was an unexpected decision by producers to bring Meghan back full-time.

She was offered a "friend" contract after season 11, but turned it down. Insiders that the outlet spoke with claim there was a "missing link" into a whole month of filming the show and that's why they offered her the full-time gig again.

The "multiple sources" that The Dirty connected with explained that season 12 was missing something and Meghan was "needed to help fill it in."

Meghan just gave birth to her first child last November. She's been showing off her little bundle of joy on social media and photos reveal that she's the archetype beaming mother. With her coming back to "RHOC," viewers will finally get to see her daughter after all that she went through trying to get pregnant with in vitro fertilization.

Who else will appear on 'RHOC' this season?

Who else will help make up "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12 cast? According to All About the Tea, a newbie is filming with the others and her name is Peggy Sulahian. She's said to either have a successful real estate career or sells Rodan & Fields beauty products. Not much is known about her at this point. What's actually known, however, is that she's a "spitfire" and will "bring a lot to the show." She's been happily married to her husband, Diko, for 21 years.

Several cast members from last season will remain on "RHOC." They include Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Kelly Dodd. Heather Dubrow won't be returning for season 12.

Lydia McLaughlin is speculated to come back as a full-time housewife as well, but it's possible she'll be on as a "friend."
