Heather Dubrow revealed in her latest podcast that she's not returning to "The Real Housewives of Orange County." She told fans that it wasn't an easy decision, but that she needed to do what's best for her family, career, and future. Heather is involved in numerous ventures and really doesn't need the show now.
Between her podcasts, books, and working with her husband on various projects, she's keeping busy. Heather was on "rhoc" for five seasons.

Meghan King Edmonds has moved to St. Louis and had a baby two months ago. There were already rumors swirling that she wouldn't return to the show. She hasn't issued an official statement, but sources have come forward claiming she won't be on season 12 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County."
Kelly Dodd added to speculations in a tweet she responded to on January 26. She wrote that she may "come back" to the show, but it's "probably unlikely."
Season 11 of "RHOC" was one of the most contentious the show has ever seen. Heather said in a preview of the reunion that some things were said that could never be taken back.
Why are so many cast members ready to bolt?
Why are so many of the ladies willing to leave the show? Many suspect it's Vicki Gunvalson and all the negative drama. As fans witnessed, Shannon Beador was struggling to get along with Vicki, who alleged she had proof that her husband had physically abused her in their marriage. Tamra Judge also had a rocky relationship with Vicki.
She wanted to move on from the Brooks Ayers scandal and mend their friendship. Things got ugly by the end of the season and their friendship broke down again.
Kelly and Vicki did get along, but Kelly was at odds with the other women. Her only other friend on the show was Meghan, who's likely not coming back to the show. That would leave Vicki as Kelly's only friend with little chance she'll be on good terms with the other women given the fact they don't trust her.
