After 14 years, Keanu Reeves might be back in “The Matrix 4.” In fact, the fourth installment of the sci-fi movie series is now in an early stage of discussion. The first request of Keanu Reeves to do “The Matrix 4” is the involvement of the Wachowskis. The first three installments of the movie were created by the sisters Lana and Lilly Wachowski.
“They would have to write it and direct it. And then we’d see what the story is, but yeah, I dunno, that’d be weird, but why not?” he told Yahoo Movies.
The “Constantine” star also assured that he can easily return alive in the fourth movie. In his explanation, he said that people will indeed die, but stories in general and the characters in it don’t. To recall, in the movie series, Neo died in the war between man and the machines. However, the final scene left an open door for his return.
