Could kathryn dennis be leaving "Southern Charm" before the fourth season of the Bravo TV series begins airing? Although it is hard to say what Dennis' future will be on the show, she has claimed to be leaving the reality series in the past, and days ago, she hinted at a mid-season exit on Instagram.
Along with a photo of three friends, none of whom were part of the "Southern Charm" cast, Dennis told fans, "All that other [bull s**t] is here today and gone tomorrow." She also teased, "Sometimes I like goodbyes," and added the hashtags, "Southern Charm" and "See what happens."

Although Kathryn Dennis has been confirmed as part of the upcoming 4th season of the show, she announced her exit weeks before the series' trailer was released.
Weeks later, it was revealed that Dennis would be returning to the show and rejoining her co-stars, including her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Ravenel, the father of her two children, daughter Kensington and son Saint Julien.

Since the first season of "Southern Charm," Dennis and Ravenel's relationship has been a hot topic on the series, and while they are no longer together, they remain bonded by their two kids. That said, their co-parenting relationship hasn't been civil in recent months and shows no signs of heading in a positive direction. Instead, as they share time with their children, they have kept their personal interactions to a minimum.
During the show's first season, Dennis became pregnant with her first child with Ravenel, and two years later, despite a dramatic split, their second child arrived. Since then, both Dennis and Ravenel have been linked romantically to a few other people, but when it comes to the present time, it hasn't been confirmed whether or not they are currently dating.
