"Dancing with the Stars" Season 24 that premiered on Monday, March 20, 2017 got off to a great start. Fans are already buzzing about what happened the first night and speculating what will happen during the entire season. Peta and Maks are planning a July wedding. Peta is a two-time champion and is partnered with the former "The Bachelor" star Nick Viall, 36. She and Nick received a score of 24 out of 40 for their cha cha.
Maks is a one-time champion and is partnered with former "Glee" star 30-year-old Heather Morris. He and Heather received a score of 28 out of 40 for their Viennese Waltz.
Emma Slater and Sasha Farber
Emma Slater, 28, and Sasha Farber, 33, got engaged on October 4, 2016 during Season 23 of "Dancing With The Stars." They have never won the Mirror Ball Trophy. However, Sasha is predicted to win this season because he and Simone Biles received the highest score on the first night. Their score was 32 out of a possible score of 40 for their tango.
Emma is partnered with 31-year-old football running back Rashad Jennings, and their score was just one point behind Simone and Sasha's score for their cha cha. Therefore, both engaged pros are neck and neck in the competition.
