Hey, "Homeland" peeps. Yep guys. It's unfortunately true. Showtime is electing not to air the new episode 4 of season 6 for your favorite show, tonight, for some unreported reasons. However, I do suspect why. It might be due to the fact that the big 2017 Super Bowl game will be airing at that same time, and they just don't want to have to compete with that, so they're just skipping this week to avoid any ratings drop offs that might have resulted from that. But don't quote me on it, since it's pure speculation. I have no official reason or statement from Showtime on the matter.

They're showing us episode 2 again

I do know something that is official, though. The show will most certainly be a new one, next week, February 12th, 2017 at 9pm eastern standard time, so be sure to make note of that on your TV show schedules. In the meantime, here is what Showtime will airing tonight. They've got a rerun queued up for that time slot. It's going to be the 2nd episode that aired this season, labeled: "The Man In The Basement."

It's the one where Carrie and Reda, put up a heavy fight for their client ,and where Dar and Saul suspected Keane of holding on to a deep secret. I suspect that most of you fans have probably seen this one. If you are one of the few who have not seen it, you might want to tune in to watch it.

Also, as a matter of fact, that whole 7pm to 10pm central time slot is going to be filled with Homeland rerun action, so anyone who isn't caught up, will get a chance to do so, tonight.

We got some extra episode 4 scoops from the clips

Now, we do have some more positive news to share with you. Showtime did drop three spoiler clips for episode 4, last week.

We've included them, below, for any of you who didn't get a chance to check them out yet. They definitely provide extra, spoilery details than what their written, vague synopsis revealed. The first clip, is just a basic promo that shows a brief rundown of various storylines that will appear.

In it, we see Carrie's client, finally getting set free from prison on the condition that he keeps his freaking mouth shut from the press.

From there, he's seen immediately, hopping back online to say that he's back. Some desired plans to take Dar down, once and for all, are mentioned. It caps off with some footage of Saul in a whole lot of trouble as he's spotted, getting kidnapped! There was also some footage of Carrie getting confronted by Dar, so that should be an interesting scene.

Frown for the camera

The 2nd clip is a solo one that features more details of Saul's kidnapping. The main kidnapper is seen, taking pictures of him and explains that he's doing it to make sure they've got the right man. Then they blindfolded him. It doesn't look good for Saul. Nope, not at all.

Carrie gets really ticked off by Dar

In the 3rd and last clip, which they have aptly titled the "Stand Down" clip, they show more footage of when Dar shows up on the scene to confront Carrie when she's walking from her daughter's school.

He wants intel about the current president elect, claiming he knows that she's been trying to give her advice. From there, he pleads with Carrie to stop giving her advice, saying that it's not helping at all. Finally, this conversation culminates with Carrie, getting highly pissed off after Dar demands that she stand down. She tells him to freaking stand down, dammit! It's very intense. Be sure to check em out, below, and stay tuned.
