At first, the two didn't admit that they were dating, but later revealed that they were more than friends. It sounds like they were together for about five months before they split.

An insider explained that Amber and Val are just too different. That is not the only thing going on, though. Val has been out on tour, and that makes it hard to have a relationship with anyone.
The source went on to say, "It fizzled out, but it wasn’t serious, to begin with. I could see them hooking up again in the future." It does sound like Val and Amber are not together, but they are on good terms right now.
