Amber Portwood announced she was quitting "Teen Mom OG" at the end of last year, and in the weeks since, she has been spending her time on Twitter promoting her new online clothing boutique. In recent tweets and re-tweets shared by Portwood, the television star has been busy promoting the sale of her clothing, which comes in regular and plus sizes. As she continues to speak of her new business venture, fans are wondering if she will stick to her guns and quit "Teen Mom OG" as she announced just weeks ago. However, judging by a tweet after the fact, she may not.

Could Amber Portwood return to 'Teen Mom OG' for season seven?

At this point in time, MTV has not yet confirmed the renewal of their hit series, but still, fans are wondering who will return and when the series will begin airing. For the past several years, the reality show has followed four teen mothers, including Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell. That said, with tension running wild amongst the co-stars, the return of all four women may be unlikely.

As fans will recall, Portwood and Abraham were involved in a season six reunion brawl last year, and during their fight, Matt Baier's appearance was targeted. Weeks prior, Abraham's boyfriend, Simon Saran, had taken to social media to suggest that Baier, Portwood's fiance, looked like a pedophile, and while he appeared to be apologetic for the comment, Abraham quickly weighed in on the situation and let the world know that she agreed with Saran's initial comment.

After the reunion took place, Amber Portwood announced that due to the lack of respect she received during filming, she has decided to part ways with the show. At the same time, she suggested that if something changed among the members of the series, she would likely reconsider her decision. A short time later, Portwood returned to Twitter, where she hinted that the network may have reached out to her in an effort to end the ongoing war and get her back on board for the show's seventh season.
