It's finally 2017! And with the New Year's Eve parties buried, people can focus on their resolutions, like binge-watching more television? Because tomorrow night at 9/8c, Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Leah Messer are back in action. Their experiences vary, from the heart-warming to the heart-breaking. While Evans is pregnant for the third time, Messer struggles to raise her daughters without complications. Houska is expecting her second baby with husband Cole DeBoer, while Lowry deals with the aftermath of her miscarriage and divorce.
Regardless of the situation, MTV cameras were there to document everything from the lows to the highs.
'Tis the season
Some promos for the program are featured on MTV's website. A couple clips deal with different degrees of drama. For example, Evans is captured in court again, yet her problems extend past custodial battles. During a fight with her former fiancé, Nathan Griffith, she cannot control her temper. His then-girlfriend, Jessica Henry, did press charges. The video shows a teary Evans in a courtroom. She pleads with the judge for another chance, but will he grant her wish? Another sneak peek revolves around Messer and her twins. Apparently, her girls will miss their game. Messer can't handle that disappointment, so she cries inside her home.
Hopefully, Evans and Messer are happier now than previous years display. It's difficult to present the entire story when only a few scenes are showcased.
2017 resolutions
On a lighter note, Houska and Lowry share something in common: new beginnings. This Valentine's Day, Houska and DeBoer are due to meet their son. As they prep for their bundle of joy, Lowry moves away from her regrets and resentment.
Her former husband, Javi Marroquin, leaves his mistakes behind, too. They deal with their pain separately, but brighter futures are a part of their fate (hopefully). While Lowry cultivates her career, Marroquin continues his own. Watch their important discoveries tomorrow night.
