Hey, "Law And Order: Special Victims Unit" fans. We're back at you, this week, to serve up the new spoiler intel for the new, next episode 10 of season 18. These synopsis teasers, come straight from the NBC press release. Its sounds really intriguing, featuring a young boy, stopping his mother from getting shot up with a powerful rifle! Also, later facts, reveal that someone else he knows, was supposed to be the actual target, and more.
It's all about "Motherly Love"
Before we delve further into this synopsis, we were also given a title for this thing.
They decided to call it: "Motherly Love," which is quite fitting, considering the situation that we're dealing with in this one. Also, they pointed out that this one was directed by one of the main stars: Mariska Hargitay aka Olivia Benson, and it's the show's 400th episode. So, a big congrats to them for that.
A very brave son
Alright, so with no further ado, we learn from the official description that, at some point, a very dangerous person is going to attempt to blow some poor woman out of Earthly existence with a freaking rifle! However, this person will soon learn that it's not going to be that easy when the woman's teenage son, jumps in to stop the madness from happening. They didn't go into detail about how the boy stops the attempt, so we don't know if he pushes the mother out of the way, or if he directly attacks the shooter.
One thing we do know, is that it' going to serve up one hell of a dramatic scene, and I look forward to seeing how this event will play out.
Somebody else was supposed to get it
In the next little teaser they revealed, we learn that after this crazy shooting altercation, the boy is going to find out that his mother actually wasn't supposed to be the target of this heinous act.
It was actually supposed to be someone else he knows. Again, with this one, they did not reveal who this other person is going to be that was supposed to be the target, so that's going to be another interesting piece of information that we'll just have to wait and see get played out. It sounds like it will end up, being sort of a twist that they throw in there.
We got a 3 week break coming up
Ok. That's it for now, but they might drop a promo/spoiler clip after episode 9 finishes up tonight, so keep your eyes peeled for that. It should deliver some additional details. Additionally, their press release let us know that we're going to have to wait a couple of weeks to watch this one, because they're taking another hiatus, and won't be back with episode 10 until Wednesday night, February 8th, 2017 at 8pm central time, so be sure to commit that to memory however which way you do it, and stay tuned.
