Leah Messer and her co-stars, including Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska and Jenelle Evans, are returning to MTV tonight for the premiere of the second half of "Teen Mom 2" season seven and in a sneak peek at the upcoming episode, the mother of three is seen having a "massive freakout." Although Messer has been seemingly doing better in recent months that she had during previous episodes of the reality series, a new report suspects that things have once again taken a turn for the worse.

On December 31, The Hollywood Gossip revealed that after Messer was featured nodding out and losing custody of her twins, Ali and Aleeah, 7, she appeared to have turned her life around.

In addition to reportedly going back to college, the mother of three regained joint custody of her daughters earlier this month and has been enjoying time with them ever since.

Now, however, things may have changed. While Leah Messer continues to share social media updates about how well she and her kids are doing, a new scene from the show has been deemed "alarming" and "disturbing."

Is Leah Messer okay?

In the "Teen Mom 2" clip, Messer's twins, Ali and Aleeah, whose father is Corey Simms, are seen arguing over toys, as siblings are known to do, when their mother, who is searching for her keys, loses it. As the outlet explained, Messer was seen letting out a "terrifying, somewhat demonic yell," which is enough to make her kids cry.

Then, in an odd move, Messer leaves the girls crying in the car and proceeds to go back into her house and let out yet another scream.

Leah Messer faced bad parenting allegations last year

During an earlier season of "Teen Mom 2," Messer was accused of drug use and bad parenting after she was seen nodding out while holding a baby -- and refusing to feed her twins before they went to school.

She was also accused of failing to get her kids to school on time, which led to her temporary loss of custody.

To see more of Leah Messer and her family, tune into the "Teen Mom 2" season 7B premiere tonight, January 2, at 9 p.m. on MTV.
