Prince Jackson, son of legendary singer, Michael Jackson has his father in his heart. He recently revealed a tattoo of his late father on his calf. The tattoo showed the iconic singer displaying his unique dance moves in a red shirt and black trousers paired with a matching jacket and a black and red fedora on his head. The tattoo of his father also has him rocking his signature sparkling gloves with some wings. The late pop star who had been a fan of Disney's Peter Pan was dancing on pixie dust as revealed by the tattoo.
After posting a video on his Instagram page, Prince wrote, "Thanks @dermagraphink for sittin 9hrs with me for such an incredible and beautiful tattoo,"
His sister, Paris also had a tattoo earlier on
After his father's death, Prince was brought up by his grandmother, Katherine Jackson. Prince is the eldest child and brother to Paris and Michael. This actually not the first time one of the late music icon's children is getting a tattoo to honor him. Paris who is a year younger than Prince, had hers in May last year.
When Paris clocked 18-years old, she paid her own tribute to her father by tattooing on her forearm, the cover art of his multi-platinum album "Dangerous" which was released in 1989.
So what happened to the late pop music icon?
News reports indicate that the late pop legend died of cardiac arrest. He was preparing for a series of comeback concerts at the London O2 Arena on the night of June 24. He died of an overdose of the drugs propofol and benzodiazepine. It was reported that he had not left his bedroom since morning and his doctor, Murray came in and found him unconscious.
After several attempts to revive Jackson yielded no result, the doctor sought for help and the paramedics were eventually called. The autopsy revealed that the drugs midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine were in his body. Murray was then accused of murder.
In the trial of Murray, his lawyer claimed that ''Wacko Jacko'' as he is fondly called, chose to take a drug overdose without his doctor's knowledge. The defense also pointed that the doctor had left him in his bedroom on the day of his demise.
