However, they cannot explain why the world's rivers are turning red as blood. According to ABC news, the scientists are not the only ones in awe as the Environment changes.
The residents near the Daldykan River near the city of Norilsk are taking pictures of the burgundy water as it flows from the arctic circle. The river, too cold to have algae blooms, leaves Science without a plausible answer.
Norilsk, one of the world's most polluted cities on earth, takes the blame as scientists point to the factories dumping chemicals into the river.
However, experts are not positive that is the cause of the crimson river.
