"Dancing with the Stars" champions Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy appeared on "Good Morning America" on Friday, June 23 to show viewers how they are getting in shape for their upcoming July wedding. They are using their five-month-old son Shai in their workout routine. Not only are they getting in shape, but they are also bonding with the baby who will be their ring bearer.

Murgatroyd, 30, and Chmerkovskiy, 37, demonstrated how they use Shai in their fitness routine. Other couples were with them on the morning talk show and joined in the workout session with their babies.

Peta said they didn’t have anybody to look after their son so she could go to the gym. She solved that problem by taken him along and it became a routine and a bonding experience as well. Peta said it is ideal for her family.

Peta, Maks and Shai's exercise routine

The family introduced some workout moves for parents and their babies. Peta, Maks, and Shai showed how all three of them did squats, baby crunches, and twisting abs. The essence of the exercises is to pass the baby from one partner to the other. They are using energy while the baby is having fun.

The wedding

While the engaged couple was there, naturally they gave some details about their wedding that is taking place over three days, July 7, 8, and 9.

Peta said it will be three big days and she is super excited about all three days, but the wedding is actually on July 8 which is the same day as "Dancing With The Stars" judge Julianne Hough's wedding. All of the people on the reality dance competition show are family and friends. That means they have to choose which wedding to attend.

Neither woman knew about the date the other had set.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Sharna Burgess and Tony Dovolani are in the wedding party. Keo Motsepe, Amber Rose, Nyle DiMarco, Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi are expected to attend. Of course, Val Chmerkovskiy, the groom's brother will be there. Others from the ABC's dance show will probably be there as well.

Julianne Hough's wedding will be more intimate while Peta's wedding will be a lavish one. There is no word about where Julianne wedding will take place, but Peta and Maks will tie the knot at Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York. Guests have been invited to a Shabbat dinner the night before the wedding and a Sunday brunch the day after the wedding. While most brides have only one wedding dress, it has been reported that Peta will wear two wedding dresses.
