"Fortnite Battle Royale" has entered its ninth season and players are currently exploring the new-look island. According to these files, John Wick will return to the popular video game, and it may happen in the first few weeks of the season.

The return

Players who played "Fortnite Battle Royale" in early 2018 may remember that the final skin of Season 3 Battle Pass was based on John Wick, the movie character. The Reaper was its name and it was the final skin of the Battle Pass, and many players loved it. Now, it's time for another John Wick appearance, and it seems that "Fortnite" players will get a special limited-time game mode for it.

At the moment, there aren't many details about the upcoming limited-time game mode as Epic Games has yet to reveal official information regarding it. However, data miners have revealed that the name of the LTM is going to be "Wick's Bounty" and that players will receive a new set of challenges for it.

There will be six challenges players will have to complete to earn exclusive rewards.

There hasn't been any mention of the John Wick outfit so far, but we can expect it to be released in the Item Shop during this event. If this happens, the outfit will most likely be different from the outfit that was released in the Season 3 Battle Pass.

After all, the Season 3 skin was just a John Wick reference and its name was different.

The mansion and the video game

Epic Games has added John Wick's mansion to the in-game island. It is located south of Paradise Palms, where Calamity's house used to be during the three previous seasons of the game. There is also a secret chest in the mansion which is a reference to John Wick's secret stash.

It is important to note that the John Wick video game will soon be released to Epic Games store. The video game will come to unspecified consoles and PC, but it will be available only at Epic Games store for PC and Mac users. In addition to this, the new John Wick movie will be released on May 15. It appears that the "Fortnite" developer will use the limited-time game mode to promote both the movie and the video game.
