"Fortnite Battle Royale" players are eagerly waiting for the next season of the popular video game. Season 6 is scheduled to end in only seven days, which means that Season 7 will most likely start in early December. We can expect Epic Games to extend the current season for two or three days, which is something that has happened a few times already. I also want to note that a legendary pump shotgun is coming to "Fornite."

The "Fortnite" developer hasn't revealed any official information regarding Season 7. However, there are numerous hints at a winter theme, and data miners have found many interesting things hidden in the game data.

Considering that Epic Games has started to be more careful when it comes to leaks, it is very unlikely that we will get the confirmation of a Season 7 theme anytime soon, despite the fact that the current season ends in just a week.

Snow castle is coming to the game

Some "Fortnite Battle Royale" players have spotted the snowstorm that is coming to the island in the game. The snowstorm can be found in the southwest part of the map, and it is slowly approaching the island. I believe that it will reach the playable area with the start of the next season, and there is a chance that it will first cover the starting area (pregame lobby). I also want to share a trick to avoid fall damage.

Right next to the snowstorm, the special Battle Pass skin, A.I.M., has frozen legs.

The latest patch has also added a frozen breath that comes out of players' mouth in the starting area, which is the area closest to the storm. Additionally, the video game developer has added a special sound effect to the snowstorm. This effect can be heard while players are close to the storm and looking at it.

Data miner IrishTekers has discovered a snow castle that is coming to the popular video game.

The v6.31 update has added this castle to the game data, and "Fortnite Battle Royale" players can now see what the castle will look like. According to the data miner, this castle will come with the snowstorm, and it looks similar to Kevin the Cube.

The snow castle will arrive at the playable area by the time Season 7 starts.

Judging by its movement, we can expect the map to be extended in the southwestern part. The castle will most likely fill the gap south of Greasy Grove, and there is no doubt that it will be an attractive landing spot in the first few weeks of the new season.

Season 7 starting date

Season 6 will end on Thursday, December 6. This means that Season 7 should start on December 7 if there is no delay. However, considering that Epic Games has extended last few seasons for a few days, we can expect the same to happen in a week. Additionally, there is a chance that the developer pushes the new season until Tuesday, December 11.
