"Fortnite Battle Royale" is a free-to-play game, but its developer, Epic Games, has made millions selling cosmetic items. While players are able to play the popular video game without paying anything, most of them decide to buy skins, emotes, or other items that make their gameplay look different. There are many different skins and there is definitely something for everyone's taste, but some players believe that the game developer should let them customize their looks even more.

At the moment, players can combine back blings, gliders, and pickaxes with different outfits.

However, the character customization could be further improved if "Fortnite Battle Royale" players could completely change what their characters look like. Fortunately, there is a website that allows players to do this, and some of them have created unique combinations of "Fortnite" skins.

'Fortnite' skin creator

Reddit user Maux01 came up with this fantastic idea and released the "Fortnite Battle Royale" skin creating website a few days ago. The website allows players to pick a generic character model, either male or female, and then completely customize it. You can check the website at make-fortnite-skins.com.

For example, if you select a female character, you can choose a Tricera Ops head, a Sparkle Specialist body, Red Knight arms, Snorkel Ops legs, and a Teknique gas mask.

At the moment, the website doesn't have every single body or armor part, but its developer is working on adding more items to it. Additionally, users may run into some bugs while using the website, and it only works on desktop devices at the moment.

You can see a user-generated "Fortnite Battle Royale" skin in the screenshot above, and if you like it, head over to the website and make your own creations and share them with the rest of the community!

Custom skin in the game

At the moment, the developer of the popular battle royale game does not allow players to create their own custom skins. However, this might change in the future. Considering that the game heavily relies on microtransactions for cosmetic items, allowing players to combine different skin pieces seems like a million dollar idea for Epic Games!

For now, the skin creator website is the closest thing to a complete skin customization players have access to. Hopefully, Epic Games will implement this feature in the future, so we can have more unique skins in the game.
