Bungie finally heeded the call of the community as they responded with an extensive blog post that tackled the future of "Destiny 2." Alongside upcoming updates for the Eververse and XP rates, the developer also discussed both Faction Rally and Iron Banner events.
Season 2
Per the recent blog post, the activities are slated to arrive this month as the new installment of the rallies will commence on January 16 while the Iron Banner will kick off the following week, January 23. Bungie also showcased some of the event-themed gear that will be rolled out to participating Guardians during the events' run.
As the drill goes for Faction Rallies, the winning faction will be selling one of their featured weapons at a very low price provided that players have pledged to their cause. That being said, here is the list of weapons that will be sold by the three factions:
New Monarchy: Loquitor IV (Legendary Auto Rifle)
Dead Orbit: Hollow Earth (Legendary Auto Rifle)
Future War Cult: The Doubt (Legendary Auto Rifle)
The Destiny Tracker website, on the other hand, has listed other upcoming faction weapons. Several Iron Banner weapons were also spotted.
