Bluehole’s multiplayer battle royale "Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds" ("PUBG") is getting some big boost this week. The popular battle royale "PUBG" has just received its first patch for the Xbox One version available in Game Preview.
According to Polygon, the latest Bluehole’s update targets the performance issues and some key improvements. The latest update goes live early morning, around 4 a.m. Eastern Time. Developer Bluehole detailed some of the important changes made on the patch notes. Some of the highlights of the newly released update are the slightly improved on the anti-aliasing on Xbox One and Xbox One S consoles, as well as the first pass on the game’s visual performance issues.
What the latest patch will bring
As mentioned earlier by Polygon, animation glitches, sluggish frame rates, control bugs and more were all addressed in the game’s first patch release. The sluggishness of the frame rate was especially disappointing for most players, where the players' screen won’t show a lot of action or movement. Thankfully, Bluehole has responded to the gaming feedback quickly. The developer has released a patch that resolves some other bugs and animation glitches that plagued players’ gaming experience.
In addition to the animation and frame rate fixes, the developer also addressed other bug issues and also introduced a number of improvements. These include an issue when Squad leader left the party and the voice chat feature that ceased to function as intended, and issue on type on the controller guide.

The gaming website has learned the story about "Counter-Strike" getting a PUBG-style game mode from Valve News Network, who posted a video that examined the game’s patches dating back to May 2016.
