Great news continues to arrive at ''Pokemon Go'' including new, exciting features coming to the augmented reality game. Niantic continues to make new changes, as new updates continue to be announced. This morning, Niantic's developers in Japan announced and confirmed that the company is working on launching one of the most anticipated events. The second "Pokemon GO Christmas Event" will take place on December 14th.

According to the recently revealed information by the Pokemon GO Hub portal, Shiny Cleffa will be introduced in the next Thanksgiving Event, along with double the Candy, Stardust, and XP.

The developers also said that Shiny Pokemon will be featured alongside Gen 3 Pokemon. ''The game is now downloading the new Shiny Cleffa 3D model, which is not yet available, but it is present on Niantic’s servers,'' the developers said. As stated by Niantic’s developers, Shiny Cleffa will be one of the main Pokemon in the next Thanksgiving Event.

Niantic also announced other exciting changes to Raids. Trainers with a high-level Gym Badge are more likely to be invited to EX Raid Battles taking place in Gyms.Those who have completed a considerable number of Raid Battles are more likely to be invited to EX Raid Battles. Mewtwo is the only EX Raid Boss that has been confirmed. There is speculation that Ho-Oh will be the next Raid Boss to appear.

''Pokemon Go'' continues to improve every day, and Niantic has decided to introduce changes to normal Raids and EX Raids.

The new changes to Raids

  • Trainers will now receive Golden Frambu Berries for completing incursions

  • The probability of receiving rapid and loaded technical machines to complete a Raid level 3 or higher has increased

The new changes to EX Raids

  • These raids will now take place more frequently in the gyms that are in parks and sponsored place
  • Trainers with a high-level Gym Badge are more likely to be invited to EX Raids to be held in that gym
  • Trainers who have completed several Raids are more likely to be invited to EX Raids
  • Trainers invited to EX Raids will receive a notification in the game if the EX Raid is canceled
