The latest updates for "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" reveal leaked gameplay photos of Venom in the game. An unnamed Imgur user posted the photos online showing the symbiote villain on the character select screen and his alternate costume. Venom is part of the first batch of DLC characters in the sequel's post-launch plans.

Capcom also announced a new Patch update for the game that will change the gameplay functions of the Reality Stone's usage and several characters on the roster.

Enter Venom

The leaked Imgur images revealed that Venom is at the bottom of the Marvel character select side between Black Widow and Black Panther.

The next photo sees him fighting Jedah wearing the Anti-Venom symbiote suit, thus indicating that this one of the latter's many alternate skins.

Venom's appearance in "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" will be the same as the comics, while Winter Soldier and Black Widow are wearing outfits similar the Marvel Cinematic Universe. These three will join Sigma, Black Panther, and Monster Hunter into the game, and will bring their own blend of fighting styles against their opponents.

Reddit username Leakileaks claimed that Capcom will launch the second batch of DLC characters for "MvC: Infinite" soon. The characters consist of Doctor Doom, Deadpool, Wolverine, Green Goblin, Ms. Marvel Kamala Khan, Magneto, Asura, Rashid, Vergil, Lady, Regina, Captain Commando, and more.

While the Japanese video game publisher has not yet made a comment regarding the leaked season 2 characters, video game fans are hoping the leaked details are legitimate as they want more characters from the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and other Capcom titles to be part of the sequel.

New patch update

Capcom announced that they will launch patch update for the sequel on Dec.

5 for the consoles and PC platform. The said update will change the Reality Stone in terms of usage and damage capabilities.
