Via its Facebook page, SimsWeek has shared what looks to be a legitimate official trailer for the highly speculated and fan requested Pets DLC for "The Sims 4." The post is embedded below along with the hotly leaked sneak peek for the Cats and Dogs expansion pack.
Notably, the trailer is in Polish and it seems that this leak is not fake. At the moment, avid fans of the popular life simulation game are raving about the leak as the views reach more than 20,000 now and counting after being posted less than an hour ago.Pets DLC hinted in hidden in-game clue
It was not long ago when an eagle-eyed gamer discovered a hidden in-game clue that hinted the preparedness of the current title in adding the pets gameplay.
According to the tipster, the base game features three brand new swatches for a Toilet Paper Holder object.
These new swatches for a toilet paper holder are available in an over or under roll version. Interestingly, the under roll version of toilet paper holder indicates that the addition of pets, specifically cats and dogs, is likely.
Those who have pet companions in real life know that the under roll version works well with pets at home. This will prevent the cats and dogs from easily unrolling the toilet paper and creating a big mess in the bathroom.
Leaked listing and data mined codes
Fans can recall that in the past few months, two separate game listings on well-known retailer websites in Czech and Slovakia had leaked a pre-order for Cats and Dogs expansion.
Both suggested the same launch date on November 9, which is November 10 in North America, as well as its price.
Moreover, some game files in “The Sims 4” that data miners gathered also indicated the inclusion of cats and dogs in the game.
