Square Enix rolled out the new Summer of Eos update to the open world action role-playing video game, “Final Fantasy XV.” FFXV players can download the new update for free.

The Summer of Eos update of “Final Fantasy XV” comes along with a handful of new features as well as items. Players can return to the Moogle Chocobo Carnival and can utilize new Magitek Exosuits, which the main protagonist Noctis and his crew can wear. When it comes to the suits’ physical look, it received a noticeable upgrade. Aside from that, the “Final Fantasy XV” Summer of Eos update brings a new quest.

Video Gamer reported that “Final Fantasy XV” gamers who completed chapter 8 will receive Meldacio Hunter HQ’s O Partner, My Partner. Meanwhile, the Magitek Exosuits will allow players to be invincible for half an hour. The invincibility is very useful, especially when the main protagonist and his group are up against the threatening creatures in Eos.

Moogle Chocobo Carnival

Players can also participate in the Moogle Chocobo Carnival special event, which was already previously launched. The special event is packed with a lot of mini games. Nonetheless, “Final Fantasy XV” players who want to visit the Carnival should do it immediately for the reason that the in-game event has a limited amount of time.

The video game developer opened the event on July 31 and ends in late September.

Also, the Summer of Eos update comes along with the new Cross Chain collaboration system, which allows gamers to boost a number of linked attacks to deal with the critical damage when taking on powerful enemies. Nevertheless, gamers will have to work for the new Cross Chain collaboration system by obtaining two Royal Arms, the Axe of the Conqueror and the Sword of the Wise.

Multiplayer mode

Meanwhile, Kotaku reported that the multiplayer beta of the open world action role-playing game has a ridiculously detailed character creator. Players can spend hours creating their very own avatar and can adjust everything. There’s a lot of detail in the game’s multiplayer, to the point where a player can choose two parents for their character.

The multiplayer beta will allow players to adjust various parts of their character’s face and body and they can give their character the tackiest tattoo. In spite of that, one might wonder why the video game, which is a single-player RPG, will be having a multiplayer DLC. But, the game developer might include some sort of cosmetic microtransactions in this mode.
