Game developer Bioware and publisher EA has launched patch 1.09 for “Mass Effect: Andromeda” on all platforms. It boasts different improvements for the video game including better face animations.

Better Facial Animations And Scenes

The game developers released just recently a new patch for their latest game title and some of the notable improvements are better facial animations and some of the movie scenes. In the past, it was highly criticized by a lot of fans of the game series that the facial animations were inferior compared to other games, even the other titles of the popular game series.

This time around, they have made sure that it has better animations with more emotion.

Platinum Difficulty For Multiplayer

Another addition that was included in the latest patch was the Platinum Difficulty for the multiplayer feature of the video game. This will make the cooperative missions more difficult than the previous difficulties and it will definitely make players get immersed more in it. The update also improved the stability of the video game, which is a usual improvement for most games with the latest updates.

Numerous Issues Finally Fixed

Patch 1.09 for “Mass Effect: Andromeda” also fixed different kinds of issues that it was plagued with before the implementation. It fixed several minor issues like hair texture issues, quest progression blockers, save and load issues in certain scenes, and many more.

It also fixed a few major problems like the relationship issue with both Jaal and Cora, which was not allowed, players getting attacked even if they were in conversation with other NPCs, and many more.

The patch also made improvements and fixed several platform specific problems, specifically on the PC platform. For example, the patch improved the HDR functionality on Windows 10 Creators Update, which was on the PC.

It also fixed a problem where a certain brand of keyboard would cause its lighting to not work properly when players did keyboard rebinding.

Batarians Join The Multiplayer Fray

In other related news, BioWare has revealed that another alien race has joined the multiplayer feature of "Mass Effect: Andromeda," and that would be the four-eyed Batarians.

They will be joining the other alien races that are already in the multiplayer feature, which are the mighty Krogan, the beautiful Asari, the military genius Turians, the intelligent Salarians, and the Humans. The Batarians will be represented by the Batarian Scrapper, which is a formidable fighter in his own right.
