And baby makes three. AEW wrestler Jon Moxley and his wife, former WWE host Renee Paquette are the proud parents of a baby girl. The new mom announced the arrival of their daughter on June 15. In a Twitter statement, Paquette described her daughter as "absolutely incredible" then announced she was taking a break from podcasting duties. As Paquette navigates motherhood, her husband filled in as guest host for her podcast "Oral Sessions." During the episode, Moxley discussed fatherhood and expressed his wish that his daughter be "a little Renee."

How the couple met

Moxley and Paquette are one of Wrestling's most popular couples.

During their time in WWE, the pair met where Moxley wrestled under the ring name Dean Ambrose, and Paquette was known as announcer Renee Young. The two began dating in October 2013, and as Paquette explained, the normally shy Moxley made the first move.

After three years of dating, the couple married in a private ceremony on April 9, 2017, at their home in Las Vegas. Nobody knew of the couple's marriage until days later when they appeared on WWE television sporting their wedding bands. Paquette would later confirm they were married in a tweet, saying "marriage is nice" and thanking everyone for love.

In April 2019, Moxley made a big career decision when he opted to leave WWE due to creative frustrations.

Paquette was supportive of her husband's decision to branch out on his own and said his passion for wrestling was reawakened upon exit WWE. In August 2020, Paquette would make her departure from the company.

Baby announcement

Shortly after leaving WWE, Paquette discovered she was pregnant. Although she and Moxley are a private couple, they uniquely made their pregnancy announcement.

On the November 18th broadcast of AEW Dynamite, Moxley casually revealed he had "a pregnant wife" at home during a promo.

Paquette kept fans updated on her pregnancy via Instagram and Twitter by sharing baby bump photos. She also revealed the name of their little bundle of joy. During a recent episode of Oral Sessions, Paquette said her and Moxley's daughter would be named Nora Murphy.

The baby's first name is a tribute to Paquette's late grandmother, Eleanor.

Birth details

So far, no further details have been revealed about baby Nora's birth. But Paquette showed off her post-baby body in an Instagram post, where she said she was in labor for 24 hours before having to have a C-section. Although it was tough, Paquette said it was worth it.

Paquette and Moxley are both taking a break from work as they enjoy time with their daughter. Moxley was last seen on AEW television during the Double or Nothing PPV on May 30. Although it's unclear when he'll return to AEW, he is set to appear at the upcoming NJPW Resurgence show on August 14 in Los Angeles.
