There were just three games on the hoops schedule on Tuesday (Dec. 11), but plenty of great action. Here are five of the players who gave their best efforts in winning or losing efforts.
James Harden - Houston Rockets
James Harden shot 10-for-21 to get 29 points on Tuesday night. He'd also give out four assists, recorded a steal and a rebound in the effort. The reigning NBA MVP helped lead his team to the 111-104 victory at home.

Serge Ibaka - Toronto Raptors
In a battle between two of the league's better teams so far, the Raptors came away with a 123-99 win. Big man Serge Ibaka was a key part of that with his 25 points, nine rebounds, two assists, and three blocks.

Kyle Lowry - Toronto Raptors
Kyle Lowry was generous as always as he dished out seven assists to teammates in the Raptors' win. Lowry also shot 8-for-13 and had 21 points, but filled the stat sheet with five rebounds, a steal, and a block.
