rachel lindsay isn't the traditional type of girl. Most women in her position would love the big sparkly engagement ring, but she may have broken the mold as ABC's "Bachelorette." Little did they know they didn't need one of Neil Lane's spendy diamond pieces because Rachel would've been just fine with a lot less!

No diamonds required for this Dallas attorney

It's nothing personal against Lane -- or any other big fine jewelry designer. Rachel Lindsay is just non-traditional that way. She already leaked that she gets engaged at the end of "The Bachelorette" and is extremely happy.

She recently dished that she didn't want any bling as her engagement ring -- claiming that she'd be content with a "stack of bands." She said producers were like, "No no no Neil Lane is not going to do that!" Much to her dismay, Rachel just had to look through a selection of beautiful rings and "pick a cut."

Lindsay picked a pear-shaped diamond that she liked. So, the man she picks at the end of "The Bachelorette" will present her with the beautiful ring she was forced to pick. Not something just any woman would feel "forced" to do!

No wedding dress for Rachel, either?

Aside from not favoring a big fat diamond ring on her finger, Rachel Lindsay isn't much into wedding dresses. She doesn't want to get married in any kind of dream gown.

"I personally wouldn't want to wear a dress. I'd like to wear a white tuxedo," said Lindsay.

Rachel goes on to say that she's never been the type of girl to have a dream wedding. She's more into what kind of bachelorette party she'll have -- imagining everything from the music to who'll DJ the event. Chances are if she gets married on TV, planners will have their work cut out for them if Rachel doesn't want it overdone.

Wedding plans...

When will Rachel get married? She says sooner than later, but it won't happen until next year. It's also unknown where she's going to move -- or if her fiance is going to move. She's just looking forward to "The Bachelorette" finale so she can tell the world who she's with. She yearns to create a social media post showing them spending time together.

Sounds like real love!

Rachel shared with USA Today that she calls her man "Jerome," a code name she gives him. She says they see each other in top secret locations, but haven't had to go incognito or anything "crazy."

Only one week until the finale of "The Bachelorette" It will air on Monday, August 7 at 8 p.m, ET/PT and followed by "After the Final Rose."
