Epic Games has achieved huge success with "Fortnite Battle Royale" since its release in September 2017. As a free-to-play video game, "Fortnite" relies on its players purchasing cosmetic items. There are many different types of cosmetic items, but there is no doubt that most players are interested in outfits or so-called "skins." Thanks to some amazing skins, the video game creator has made a multi-billion profit from the game, which is impressive.
When "Fortnite Battle Royale" just came out, it had no outfits or any other cosmetic items. Every player was using a default skin before Season 1 and the introduction of the Item Shop.
Ghoul Trooper and Skull Trooper appeared in the store during its initial release, and Renegade Raider was the rarest Season 1 skin. It turns out that Epic Games will bring this skin back, which will drastically reduce its rarity.
The return of the rare skin
Unlike every other season of "Fortnite Battle Royale," Season 1 did not have the Battle Pass. This is the progression system which rewards players for leveling up seasonal tiers and it was introduced in Season 1. The first season of the game only had four different cosmetic items, and players had to reach a certain level to unlock them for purchase.
Aerial Assault One Glider cost 500 V-Bucks and was unlocked at level 5, while the first skin, Aerial Assault Trooper Outfit, cost 1,200 V-Bucks and players had to reach level 15 in order to buy it.
Renegade Raider Outfit had the price of 1,200 V-Bucks as well and it required level 20, while the final reward was Raider's Revenge Harvesting Tool with the price of 1,500 V-Bucks and the requirement of level 35.

According to the e-mail response from Epic Games, Renegade Raider will be added to the Item Shop at some point.
Fortunately for Season 1 players, the Item Shop skin will have a new variant, while the original variant of the skin will remain exclusive. The game developer has recently added an additional style for this skin, and this style will most likely be exclusive as well.
More skins coming back?
There is a good chance that Epic Games releases other seasonal skins as well, including Black Knight, Reaper, Omega, and other final Battle Pass skins.
However, we can expect the "OG" players to keep the original variants, while new variants will be released to the Item Shop. This has happened with every skin that was released a long time ago, including Skull Trooper.
