Now the company under new reorganization is known as Alphabet. Google's market capitalization is approximately $742 billion. With these new estimates released by Morgan Stanley, it projects YouTube to be one-fourth of Google's worth.

Elsewhere, the valuation of YouTube makes it a formidable business venture. As reported by Business Insider, its current worth surpasses Disney's market cap of $155 billion, Comcast's worth of $150 billion and Netflix's worth of $141 billion.
