NVIDIA’s latest GTX 1070 Ti graphics card benchmark was leaked on WCCF Tech yesterday, October 18, 2017. Moreover, both of its FireStrike and TimeSpy Extreme runs were also included. This proved that the company is building up and upgrading its cards for a debut around Halloween.
According to the post, the upcoming NVIDIA card set an impressive clock rate at 1866 MHZ. However, with the previous benchmarked leak from last week, it seems that NVIDIA’s future Gtx 1070 Ti cards are still in developing stage.
When it comes to the FireStrike Extreme runs, the 1070 cards managed to set a score of 9,449 points, which is a bit lower than AMD’s RX Vega 56 who had 9,949 points. But keep in mind that early sample of graphics cards has a different variation of scores in various tests. Hence, after the latest card’s drivers have its complete updates, it can easily stand toe to toe with AMD’s card.
TimeSpy Benchmark
In the TimeSpy category, NVIDIA’ GTX 1070 Ti set a graphics score of 6,777 points, which is a remarkable number for a card to obtain points in the range of 6,000 clock rate while overclocking at 1998 MHz.
During the test, the company uses its GP 104 GPU or the GP 104-300 for the experiment. The strange thing is that even though the latest cards need a specific device that has 20 SMs, the company utilized GTX 1080’ GP 104 that has 19 SMs instead.
The 1070 Ti comes with 314 mm for 2432 CUDA Cores and 7.2 Billion transistors. It also has a total of 8 GB of GDDR5 memory, 152 TMUs, and 64 ROPs.
