Sprint telecommunications company made it known that it will be the only major United States carrier to offer LG’s latest V30 Plus variant at launch, kicking off on October 13. Other major carriers in the U.S. will offer the V30 Android smartphone.
According to TechRadar, Sprint will exclusively offer the LG V30 Plus with twice the onboard memory storage of V30 smartphone.
With the QuadPlay earbuds of LG included in the package, the larger variant features an astounding quality sound experience. The Quad Layer Speaker Technology of the smartphone will provide amazing audio even at utmost frequencies.
All of Sprint’s stores and website will be offering the LG V30 Plus Android smartphone. Smartphone enthusiasts can also avail the handset by calling 1-800-SPRINT1. The telecommunications company is offering a $38 monthly plan for the mobile device through Sprint Flex.
The LG V30 Plus Android smartphone is a High-Performance User Equipment device that offers a better overall experience to its users in terms of mobile games and streaming videos, among others.
The mobile device features a Face Recognition technology that could be unlocked by utilizing the device’s front-facing sensor. In terms of phone security, the handset comes along with Fingerprint Sensor as well as Voice Recognition. V30 Plus users can also unlock the device by utilizing a Knock Code that requires a specific pattern.
Both LG’s latest smartphones are expected to feature an OLED Full Vision screen. The larger variant is expected to arrive with a 128GB of internal storage, while the regular model will come along with a 64GB of internal storage. The key difference between the regular variant and the Plus model has been tipped to be in the wireless charging technology as well as in the audio department.
Smartphone with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor
The South Korean tech firm’s new V30 and V30 Plus smartphones are expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 system on chip. The smartphones are expected to feature a rear dual camera system, consisting of a 16MP sensor and a 13MP sensor. The handsets will be equipped with a 3300mAh battery and a 6GB of RAM, Android Authority reported. The smartphones will run on the Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system out of the box.
Price of the device
The devices will feature an IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. The tech company has released the V30 in South Korea with a translated price tag of $840 for the 64GB model and $880 for the 128GB variant.
