"Super Mario Odyssey" is on its way and is expected to take over whatever the console gaming sector has to offer. The upcoming game is expected to come packed with all sorts of exciting experiences including underwater environments to the age of dinosaur series — offering ardent gamers an all encompassing diversifying rule over the "Super Mario world." The fans got the first glimpse of the upcoming gaming at the official E3 event that concluded a few months back. At the event, it was revealed that the game is going to come packed with a full-fledged 3D-world experience, and is going to be officially available for sale starting October 27, 2017.
The Super Mario Odyssey will be a Nintendo Switch-exclusive game and is expected to be priced around $49.99. The trailer revealing major features of the upcoming game is already out, and fans can check it out on the game’s official YouTube page.
Game with iconic characters
While Nintendo hasn’t particularly announced any details on whether the game is going to extend into additional special editions, however; it has been rumored that the game will witness the introduction of certain iconic characters including Tuxedo Mario, Tuxedo Bowser, and Wedding Dress Princess Peach. According to a report published by TechRadar, the upcoming game is going to feature multiple similarities with the already-prevailing Galaxy franchise.
However, that does not necessarily mean that it is going to serve to be a direct sequel to the former. Both the game has one thing in common, i.e. both the games switch between multiple, unrelated games. The main character, Mario is then expected to go on a venture to look for missing cosmic objects and even save Princess Peach in one of the tasks.

One of the main things that fans can look forward to, in the upcoming "Super Mario Odyssey," is the open-minded or a fresher approach adopted by game developers. The game will showcase a different setup, which will feature diversified, interconnected worlds. This gives gamers a larger scope to explore and makes the entire experience much more exciting.
The main characters will also come with added ability to perform more moves, thereby utilizing the most of what there is on the journey. Gamers will be seeing many more wildlife characters, thereby making the journey much more challenging as well. This is what could be gathered from the numerous leaks and the official trailer of the game, however; the same hasn’t been confirmed by the firm as yet.
