South-Korean technology giant Samsung has been rumored to be working on a dual Rear Camera setup since the beginning of this year. The firm was expected to introduce the same in its Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus models. However, that clearly didn’t take place. Following which, the smartphone manufacturer was believed to choose its much-awaited Galaxy Note 8 smartphone for the launching purpose of the feature. Whether that takes place or not, will be known only towards the end of August. However, before that, it appears like Samsung is planning on introducing the latest feature for the first time in its upcoming mid-range Galaxy C10 smartphone.

What leaks suggest?

The leak appeared online recently and carried two alleged renders of the upcoming Galaxy C10. The leak went ahead to unveil key features expected to arrive in the upcoming smartphone. On the basis of the given information, it is safe to assume that the alleged Galaxy C10 smartphone is going to sport a body carved out of metal. Moreover, the upcoming smartphone is expected to pack a dual rear camera set-up sitting vertically on the back panel of the device. The dual rear camera set-up in the Galaxy C10 will further be accompanied with a dual-LED flash and a dual-tone flash as well.

Smartphone will sport a dual rear camera setup

The reason why the recently-leaked renders are believed to be authentic is that one can clearly see Samsung’s official branding placed on the back of the C10 smartphone.

Apart from this, the smartphone is also expected to come packed with a fingerprint scanner embedded right below the device’s home button. If the above-given information turns out to be true, then it is safe to assume that Samsung’s Galaxy C10 smartphone will be the first Samsung-branded smartphone to sport a dual rear camera set-up.

However, in order to make this true, the smartphone manufacturer will have to debut the Galaxy C10 smartphone before it launches the speculated Galaxy Note 8 smartphone and Galaxy C7 device — both of which are expected to carry the same feature.

Apart from this, a report by the Indian Express also claims that the upcoming Galaxy C10 smartphone will also be carrying the company’s recently-launched Bixby digital voice assistant.

Apart from this, the upcoming smartphone will feature a 6-inch full-HD display with 1,920 x 1,080-pixel resolution. On the storage front, the smartphone will offer 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the company’s Exynos 7872 processor and will house a 4,000mAh battery as well.
