Nokia took the market by a storm earlier this year when the device-manufacturer announced its arrival in the smartphone market. The Finnish technology giant in collaboration with HMD Global decided to target the mid-range category first with the launch of its Nokia 3, 5 and six smartphones.
The devices were available in limited color variants; however, it appears like the firm decided to expand this particular horizon. Nokia has apparently launched a ‘Silver’ color variant of its Nokia 6 smartphone for pre-orders on a popular e-commerce website, Amazon.
As per the information provided on Amazon, the devices will be delivered to interested buyers within two or three week’s time. Unfortunately, there is no special Amazon Prime exclusive offer that the e-commerce giant is offering at the moment.
Amazon has introduced Prime exclusive offers for Nokia’s other smartphones in the recent past. Under this, the devices come devoid of special lock-screen offers and ads and at a cheaper price-tag as well. The Nokia 6 ‘Silver’ variant is available for a base price of $299.99 on Amazon at the moment.
Color options with the smartphone
As mentioned previously, Nokia initially launched its mid-range Nokia 6 smartphone in limited color variants. These color options are Copper, Black, and Blue.
At that time, the company did not make any mention of whether the smartphone-manufacturer plans on introducing another color for the device or not.
Fortunately, Nokia seems to have experimented with its mid-budget friendly smartphone by introducing a refreshed color variant. Regardless of what variants these are, the devices above come with support for both, T-Mobile and AT&T networks.
Moreover, Nokia has even extended support to Verizon and Sprint’s CDMA networks as well.

Nokia 6 smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS LCD with added protection provided through the 2.5D curved glass by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3. Furthermore, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 SoC along with Adreno 505 GPU for graphics.
On the storage front, the Nokia 6 smartphone offers 3GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage as well.
There is another variant that carries 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. As far as the camera specifications are concerned, the device packs a 16MP rear camera coupled by an 8MP front snapper as well. The smartphone houses a 3,000mAh battery and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
