The Nebraska basketball team created history by losing eleven matches on the trot. On February 21, 2020, Nebraska's loss to the Michigan State angered fans and the coach Abdelmassih had to make a request for patience. The team has never lost ten games in a season since 1972. They have still five matches to play this season, but only one team is weaker in the Big 10 ranking. The Michigans have also been losing this February, having lost four of their last 5 matches this season.
