Patriots coach Bill Belichick is known for making draft day trades. Currently they hold 12 draft picks in the 2020 draft, but no second round pick. The Patriots are expected to use their picks to strengthen their tight end and wide receiver core. Draft insider Mel Kiper Jr. believes New England will select Washington quarterback Jacob Eason in the first round.However, Kiper also believes that New England could trade the pick to Minnesota for Stefon Diggs.
