In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Former WWE Superstar and Marvel star Dave "Batista" Bautista recently commented on All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and why World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is far ahead of AEW and other promotions.

This is what he said, "WWE has already got the next three generations of Superstars because they have NXT camps all over the world now. They’re so far ahead of the game that I don’t see any competition".

Batista has been promoting his upcoming movie "Stuber", a summertime action comedy starring comedian Kumail Nanjiani along with him.

Some of his earlier movies are, "The Man With the Iron Fists" (2012), "Riddick" (2013), "Guardians of the Galaxy" (2014), "Spectre" (2015), "Heist" (2015), "Marauders" (2016), "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" (2017), "Bushwick" (2017), "Blade Runner 2049" (2017), "Avengers: Infinity War" (2018), "Hotel Artemis" (2018), "Final Score" (2018) and "Avengers: Endgame" (2019).

Dave's Last Match in WWE

Batista's upcoming movie Stuber features him in a comic role. He is focussing on his movie career these days. At WrestleMania 35, "The Animal" Batista went one-on-one against the "The Game" Triple H. Due to interference of Ric Flair, Triple H won the match by attacking Batista with a sledgehammer. That match turned out to be the last match of Batista as he announced his retirement after the match on social media.

Few days later, in an interview with Lillian Garcia, Batista revealed that losing to Triple H was his way of thanking "The Game".

An extract from his statement is, “I feel like my career really got started when I started working with Hunter. If you can go out building a star then you do that—Hunter is already a huge star—but this is the guy who made me a huge star and I want my last match to be with him on my back, because that’s literally the only way I could thank him."
