After a lot of rumors on social media about the return of Goldberg, WWE has officially confirmed the return of the Hall of Famer. He is set to return at an event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on June 7. This will be the third event in Saudi Arabia after The Greatest Royal Rumble in 2017 and Crown Jewel in 2018. Last year's event was controversial following the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, but the event still took place.

Wrestlers like John Cena, Daniel Bryan, and Sami Zayn opted out of last year's Saudi Arabia event due to this controversy.

This year's event is currently unnamed. Last year's event in Saudi Arabia was called Crown Jewel. The main event featured the Brothers of Destruction, Undertaker and Kane, against DX members, The King of Kings Triple H and The Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels.

In that match, Triple H and Shawn Michaels defeated Undertaker and Kane. In the main event at 2017's Saudi Arabia event, Braun Strowman emerged victorious after defeating 49 other wrestlers in a 50-man Royal Rumble match. Let's hope that this year's main event features the best wrestlers.

Other legendary superstars confirmed

The event will feature other great WWE superstars like Brock Lesnar and Undertaker as well. WWE full-timers confirmed are The Big Dog Roman Reigns, WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, Universal Champion Seth Rollins, The Monster Among Men Braun Strowman, and The Phenomenal AJ Styles.

At Wrestlemania 35, Roman Reigns returned after battling leukemia and won his match against Drew McIntyre. Kofi Kingston defeated Daniel Bryan to become the new WWE Champion and Braun Strowman won Andre-The Giant Memorial Battle Royale. Seth Rollins defeated Brock Lesnar and took his WWE Universal Championship and AJ Styles defeated Randy Orton in an amazing match.

Brock Lesnar, who recently retired from MMA, lost his WWE Universal Championship to Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 35. Undertaker missed Wrestlemania 35 and appeared on "Monday Night Raw" to teach a lesson to Elias. The Undertaker and Goldberg are toward the end of their career. You never know when these legends might retire.

Goldberg vs Undertaker might be the best match

If you remember the Royal Rumble of 2017, you might remember the moment when Goldberg and Undertaker were in the same ring standing face to face. The Undertaker's entry came just after the entry of Goldberg and they both were standing in front of each other but other wrestlers in the ring attacked both of them and they did not exchange moves after that. That was an epic showdown and the audience went crazy. CM Punk also made a shocking return.
