The Cincinnati Bengals might have their head coach and coaching staff but it doesn't appear as though there are many people expecting the team to be that much better than it was in 2018. In fact, at least one sportsbook has come out and predicted how long a team is going to be undefeated in 2019.

The Bengals managed to land themselves dead last on the list. They are the team that is least likely to be the last team in the NFL to be undefeated. To be clear, this isn't about being the team least likely to finish 16-0. This is about the team that would be the last undefeated team in the league.

Bengals seeing uphill climb

To lay that out further and show just how poorly the Bengals are looked at right now, keep this in mind: if, after just four weeks, there was one team that was just 4-0, Vegas believes Cincinnati is the team least likely to be that last standing 4-0 squad.

It's even worse when you look at the actual odds that have been laid out there. Cincinnati is coming in at +12500 to be the last undefeated. The good news is that you don't have to lay down any money at all, in order to make quite a bit, if the Bengals do manage to overcome their odds. A one dollar bet would see you get $12,500 back.

DraftKingsSportsbook really only has one team anywhere close to as bad when it comes to getting through their schedule unscathed.

Washington is +10000. In contrast to the very long odds that the Bengals are getting in order to make it the longest undefeated the New England Patriots are given the best odds at +750.

NFL odds hard to pick across the board

It should be pointed out that it's hard enough to pick the team that is going to pull that off. No matter who you bet on at this point, you're going to make a bucket of money, should you end up being right.

The Kansas City Chiefs are the second best team going by the odds when it comes to being the team that is going to win all their games the furthest into the season.

Kansas City is +900.

While the Chiefs and the Patriots are considered the best odds to be the last team to not post a loss, and the Bengals and Redskins are on the opposite spectrum, most of the rest of the league is very somewhere in the middle. That's yet another bad sign for a Cincinnati team that was hoping to turn things around quickly.

Part of the problem is that the Cincinnati Bengals still have quite a few holes on the roster. That includes the quarterback position, where there is talk Andy Dalton might still end up getting replaced. Some mock drafts even have the team going for Kyler Murray.

What is clear, is that while there are plenty of Bengals fans that have bought into the new culture from Zac Taylor and company, Vegas is not quite sold on the team making a comeback and being quite a bit better than they were in 2018.
