Even though the Warriors have adjusted to life under coach Mike Brown, currently having a record of 4-0 under his coaching these playoffs, the possible championship celebration will be even sweeter with the return of Steve Kerr. On Friday Bob Myers, General Manager of the Golden State Warriors firmly believed that health issues would not force Kerr into retirement.

Bob Myers has come out and says the problems that Kerr is currently battling are overcomeable. "See, what he's confronting is fixable. It's only finding the issue and unraveling it. So I guess that this is the means by which you need to separate what he's proceeding with another person.

A few things are not fixable in life. A few things that stand up to individuals don't have arrangements. There is an answer here. We simply need to find it, and we will. I'm sure we will."

Steve Kerr is still suffering from complications

Due to complication from his back surgery that took place two seasons ago, Steve Kerr has been ruled out indefinitely. According to San Jose Mercury News,' Anthony Slater, Kerr was not present on the sideline for the Golden State Warriors second round victories over the Utah Jazz in their opening two games of the series. Kerr is scheduled to be examined this upcoming week and will remain absent from the Golden State Warriors' games until his condition improves.

A spinal fluid leak was the result caused by Steve Kerr's multiple back surgeries; this can lead to headaches. According to Anthony Slater, uncomfortable was the word Kerr used to describe himself feeling due to the recent issues.

In the meantime, Mike Brown has been promoted to the Golden State Warriors' head coach position in Kerr's absence.

Kerr's back surgery made him miss a total of 43 games last season, throughout this time Luke Walton who is currently the Los Angeles Lakers head coach served the role of interim head coach.

Steve Kerr has had an excellent start to his career

Steve Kerr who is currently 51 years old, has a head coaching record of 207-39 which is amazing, to say the least.

Kerr also an NBA championship, and back-to-back Western Conference titles to his name as the Warriors have achieved these accomplishments during his time as head coach.

The winner of the second round playoff series between James Harden's Houston Rockets and Kawhi Leonard's San Antonio Spurs will most likely face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.

This matchup is most likely to occur because the Warriors are currently two games up in their playoff series against the Jazz and will look to extend the lead to three games when they play the Jazz tomorrow night at the Vivint Smart Home Arena.
