Matchup & odds

The Clippers have managed to battle another disappointing postseason setback with Blake Griffin suffering an injury earlier in the series. The team's leading scorer hurt his right big toe in the series, ruling him out for the remainder of the team's playoff run. However, Chris Paul has continued to lead the way for this squad in the postseason.

On Friday night, Paul scored 29 points to push his team to a 98-93 win in Utah. Big man DeAndre Jordan added 13 points and 18 rebounds, while Austin Rivers and Luc Mbah a Moute each added 13 as well. Now the team will try to close things out in front of their home area fans on Sunday.

Utah also looked done for earlier in the series when their big man and NBA Defensive Player of the Year award favorite Rudy Gobert went down.

After crumpling to the court with a leg injury and needing help to get back to the locker room, Gobert was out for the game. However, he was back on the court several games later to help his Jazz achieve key wins in the series.

Gobert had a double-double of 11 points and 11 boards in the team's Game 5 win on the road, while Gordon Hayward led all Jazz players with 27 points and eight rebounds.

These two will once again be on display at the Staples Center as they try to deliver an upset win on the road and bring their team to a Western Conference semifinals series against the Golden State Warriors.

For this NBA Game 7, the home team gets the nod on the point spread with 3.5-points in their favor, as well as a price of -160 on the moneyline.

As the visiting underdog,s Utah is at +140 on the moneyline, while the points total is an over/under of 190.5-points for the entire contest. The Clippers have gone 22-18-1 against the spread at home and 32-23-2 ATS as favorites, while Utah is 19-21-1 ATS on the road, or 8-15 ATS as the underdog.
