Big Ed and Rosemarie Vega might be having their relationship’s make-it-or-break-it moment on "90 Day Fiance." In the upcoming episode, the "Before the 90 Days" cast members will have a romantic dinner together in a hotel. Rose thinks it might be the night that he will finally propose to her, reports ET. Teasers for Sunday’s "Before the 90 Days" episode show how excited Rosemarie Vega is about the prospect of getting married. But it is clear that Ed is still hesitant, which she finds frustrating.

In a confessional, Ed said that he liked Rosemarie.

However, there is one incident that is holding him back from marrying right away. He said that he is still bothered by a message he got from Rosemarie’s older sister, Maria.

Big Ed and the cash controversy

Ed Brown has always been vocal, on "90 Day Fiance," about how bothered he was when Maria asked him for money. According to Big Ed, Maria sent him a message before he went to the Philippines. She reportedly asked him for money to keep her store open. She also told him not to tell Rosemarie about her request. Ed decided not to give her money. But it did make him a bit suspicious about Rosemarie’s real intentions.

Because of the incident, Ed Brown is no longer sure if he wants to be married to Rosemarie Vega.

He worries that she only sees him as her pathway out of poverty in the Philippines. Big Ed temporarily experienced the poverty that Rosemarie and her family go through daily when he stayed with them. The California-based photographer had to sleep on the floor during his visit. He also had to bathe with Rosemarie’s father because they did not want to waste water.

The experience had Ed pondering the future of their relationship. Additionally, he wonders if Rosemarie truly has feelings for him.

Big Ed getting negativity due to actions on the show

In other "90 Day Fiance" news, Big Ed still gets negative comments and messages online. He was in the center of an online firestorm, over the past weeks, because of his actions on "Before the 90 Days." Last month, he incited outrage after he told Rosemarie to take an STD test.

Rosemarie did not appreciate the request, expressing how disappointed and offended she was. Fans also criticized Big Ed when he told his girlfriend that she is as hairy as he is. He told her that she should shave her legs to make her more appealing. For a lot of fans, this was another display of Ed’s controlling nature.
