6ix9ine drops new song called Bebe, which features Anuel AA

While the popular names of Drake, Migos, Travis Scott, and others all come to mind when thinking of rap music, no rapper is hotter than rainbow-haired 6ix9ine. On August 31, 6ix9ine released a new single called "Bebe," which features Anuel AA. The new single is all in Spanish, a first for 6ix9ine. 6ix9ine hopes to have "Bebe" as his ninth consecutive song featured in the Billboard Hot 100.

6ix9ine, who also goes by the name "Tekashi" or "Tekashi 69," was given a birth name of Daniel Hernandez. He was born on May 8, 1996, in New York.

He comes from a Spanish speaking background and his mother is Mexican and his father is from Puerto Rico. When he was 13, his father was murdered, which led him to work multiple jobs. One of them included selling marijuana. While in eighth grade, he was expelled from school and never went back.

Before 6ix9ine was known as a rapper, he was a popular internet meme due to his rainbow hair, rainbow teeth, and because he had the number 69 tattooed on multiple places on his body. The reason why he chose his rap name as "6ix9ine" is that his first name, Daniel, has six letters and his last name, Hernandez, has nine letters.

6ix9ine has only been a rapper for a short time and he's been more successful than most rappers.

He released his first song, "Gummo," on November 12, 2017. Due to the success of "Gummo" (which went platinum), he released another song called "Kooda." His song "Fefe," featuring Nicki Minaj and Murda Beatz, made it to No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, which is the highest a song of his has gotten to date.
